A focused, user-first design process was followed to build an intuitive healthcare experience. This included stakeholder alignment to define goals across patient, provider, and admin roles, and competitive research to identify UX gaps and key patterns. Clean, accessible interfaces were designed in Figma. Ready-to-build components with specifications were provided for development. Layouts were optimized to be responsive for mobile, dashboards, and MedHub hardware. Key flows, such as tracking, alerts, and AI chat, were validated through user testing. Iterative updates to the user experience were implemented based on real-world usage and feedback.
